UA Local 568
Local 568 was chartered on June 26, 1937, by the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada. Local 568 is located in Saucier, Mississippi and represents more than 500 union plumbers, pipefitters, pipe welders, and HVAC service techs in South Mississippi.
UA Local 568 Apprenticeship Training Â
UA Local 568’s five-year apprenticeship program, offered in partnership with Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, provides comprehensive training in pipefitting, plumbing, welding, and HVACR. Apprentices receive extensive classroom and hands-on instruction with a strong emphasis on safety, technical excellence, and industry best practices, preparing them for successful careers and future leadership within the United Association.
